We investigate the quality of our products on every stage of the manufacturing process.

All measurements of packaging are carried on verified, specialist control and measuring equipment, in accordance with internally developed research methodologies and European quality standards.

DETAILED AROUND-THE-CLOCK QUALITY CONTROL

At every moment, on the basis of measurement cards, discrepancy logs, controllers’ questionnaires in an electronic system and archival sample, we are able to verify a course of every production process.

WALL THICKNESS MEASUREMENT

Measurement at every point of the packaging surface within 360 degrees scale.

FULL CONTROL

Internal control and external tests carried by accredited laboratories.

COLOUR MEASUREMENT

Measurement with the Xrite spectrophotometer.

ROUND-THE-CLOCK QUALITY CONTROLLING

Constant control (monitoring) of the product.

METERS AND SENSORS INSTALLED IN MACHINES

Controlling the level of numbers of particles in the air, differential pressure, humidity and temperature.

CONTROLLING RAW MATERIALS DELIVERIES

All starts of production and current production undergo the whole measurement cycle (measurement devices and manual verification) during the whole time of the given production process. In addition, our controllers take production samples for our archives twice a day.

In case of a raw material it is accordance of the delivery quality certificate, organoleptic evaluation, accordance with the pattern of the granules and the dying. In other aspects samples are measured and the tests arising from the specification, such as of the closures tightness, are performed. Each new type of the raw material, cardboard or foil, undergoes the stages of implementation and validation.

Using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practice (GHP) in our plant ensures that packaging coming into contact with food manufactured by us are fully safe for the consumer. It is confirmed by certificates implemented in Masterchem Logoplaste.

WE CONSTANTLY MONITOR SIXTEEN PARAMETERS, WHICH GUARANTEE OUR QUALITY

We verify all parameters arising from the specification, as well as all crucial external dimensions determined in the technical drawing. Moreover, we test the tightness and durability of chosen packaging and closures, also those agreed with our Clients. All packaging produced by our company undergoes a stage of product implementation, when potential defects and discrepancies are eliminated. As a result, the Client receives a verified and validated product.

Our chosen products hold Quality Certificates issued by The National Institute of Hygiene and The National Medicines Institute.

The Clean Room and suitable software allows to manufacture packaging designated for pharmaceutical industry, achieving the highest European standards (European Pharmacopoeia) related to the cleanliness of both the manufacturing environment and the final product. Setting strict alarms related to sensors and meters installed in the Clean Room allows to react quickly, before they are exceeded.

OUR MEASUREMENT DEVICES

We use precision measurement devices, among others:

  • GAWIS measurement systems by AGR company.
  • A measurement device for sidewall thickness of packaging, closures and preforms made of any kind of plastic.
  • A machine to measure pressure strength, total capacity and fill level.
  • A measurement machine for sidewall thickness of PET packaging.
  • A machine to measure the sidewall thickness of the preforms.
  • A spectrophotometer to evaluate colour conformity.
  • A device to measure torsion forces (closing and opening closures).
  • Four tightness chambers.
  • Calipers and bore gauges.
  • Devices to verify cleanliness classes of the Clean Room.
