How is PET packaging made?
SINGLE STAGE INJECTION BLOW MOULDING TECHNOLOGY
In the single stage injection blow moulding technology, at the beginning a preform is made, which then goes to the blowing station where blowing air is introduced and the product obtains its final shape.
As a result, it gives us a product totally free from mechanical defects and scratches at the highest hygienic level. Our ASB line single stage machines are famous for ability of forming a wide range of packaging of amazing shapes. Finally, we obtain packaging fulfilling the highest quality requirements.
1,5 STAGE INJECTION BLOW MOULDING TECHNOLOGY
In the process of 1,5 stage injection blow moulding technology, the preform is blow-moulded, cooled, subjected to temperature correction, reheated and blown. This concept combines advantages of both single- and two-stage packaging forming methods in a unique system of manufacturing bottles. Using appropriate options we can produce bottles of many shapes: flat, oval, with handles and others.
