The tool-room operating as the part of the Masterchem Logoplaste specialises in design and production of new tools, such as injection moulds or blow moulds.

This department is also responsible for constructing fully automated machines for packing the bottles and the closures.

QUALITY CONTROL

At our work we pay a lot of attention to our products quality. A detailed, round-the-clock control of the final product takes place in the Quality Control Department and is performed by highly qualified employees. All packaging measurements are carried on a verified, specialist control and measurement equipment, in accordance with internally developed research methodologies and European quality standards.

PRODUCTS TESTING

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we conduct numerous tests, including package tightness testing. Acquired knowledge and the support of the Tool Department allowed us to develop a device for testing the tightness of the packaging-closure set – The Package Integrity Tester.
