Meeting our Clients’ expectations, we offer a possibility of creating your own packaging designs (with the closure) – from graphic design and technical drawing, through 3D visualisation, to production trials.
A STAGE OF DESIGNING THE PRODUCT
Our department of packaging development, benefiting from experience gained in numerous implementations, will develop a design according to your expectations, taking into consideration many technological conditions.
We use advanced software for 3D visualisation, injection process simulation and rendering, in order to achieve the best visualisation of implemented products.
A STAGE OF PROTOTYPING A PRODUCT
As a part of new implementations to designed products visualisation we are able to make a 3D model in 1:1 scale. A large working area of our prototyping machine allows to make a packaging model for bottom dimensions up to 30,5 x 30,5 and for height up to 45,7cm, which gives us possibility to print objects of significant sizes or several objects simultaneously.
A STAGE OF CREATING A MOULD
After the drawing has been approved of, our tool department, equipped with the cutting-edge devices, among others with CNC (computer numerical control) machines such as EDM die sinking machines, CNC milling machines, computer-controlled wire cutting machines, lathes, constructs the tools which meet high quality and technology expectations.
A STAGE OF MANUFACTURING A PRODUCT
Final moulds go to the production department for first trials. After they are approved and tested by quality control department, implemented products are directed to mass production.
